Welcome to Dj Sorin Terms and Conditions Page! We are thrilled to provide our mobile DJ services for your weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Booking and Payment Terms:

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit payment.
Deposit: A deposit of 30 % of the total fee is required to secure your booking.
Payment: The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

Event Details:

Event Date and Time: Please ensure the accuracy of event details provided at the time of booking.
Venue: The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue allows DJ services and provides adequate setup space and power.

Services Provided:

DJ Services: We will provide professional DJ services including the music selection, equipment and other extras based on what our client will select.
Equipment: Our equipment is well-maintained, and backup equipment is available in case of technical issues.

Client Responsibilities:

Event Coordination: Provide a detailed event schedule and any specific music preferences at least 10 days prior to the event.
Access and Setup: Ensure access to the venue for setup at least 4 hours before the event start time.

Liability:

Damage or Loss: We are not liable for any damage or loss of client property or venue property during the event.
Injury: We are not liable for any injury caused by guests or participants during the event.

Force Majeure:

Unforeseen Circumstances: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Miscellaneous:

Photography and Promotion: We reserve the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect existing bookings.
