I will share my personal experience. Me and my wife we plan and organized our wedding from A to Z. From finding wedding venue, finding DJ, finding videographer, finding wedding photographer, deciding the menu, organizing the ceremony. The list was very long.
Every moment I was careful at the details and I forgot to enjoy one of the most important moments of my life.
After more than 15 years I don’t remember what the menu was, or what taste have the vine, and more other details. We have a general impression that the wedding was well organized and the quest where happy. Every time when we have same family time we look at the Wedding Album.
For group photos we choose a studio wedding session. Was a traditional style of photography. I miss the candid moments from our wedding. Looking at the pictures I can see that sometime we was not comfortable posing or not understood how to pose. But was no time to test more poses or time for photographer to communicate with us and to be comfortable with him.
Engagement session will help you to fill comfortable with me and my shooting style. After this engagement session having me pointing at you my camera will be just routine. If I will see a perfect spot or light you will trust me and fallow my indications.

Our password protected albums (bride posing, male posing, groups photos) will help us to find the poses what you like. You can try to pose in front of the mirror. You will get more confident about how to pose.
At the wedding moment you will pose easier and faster. I will know what you like and what you don’t like ( example : what is your not too flattering angle) .
